Service contracting
The BigGuardian service is based on a subscription model. When you sign up for our service, you agree to pay a fixed amount for each animal/day you wish to monitor, with no additional costs and no initial investment. This will give you full access to the BigGuardian control panel, our online platform.
Installation of the gateway

Installation demonstration

Daily treatments
Every morning, you will receive a message through WhatsApp and email with specific treatment recommendations for each animal on your farm. These recommendations are generated by our system using algorithms designed by our team of veterinary experts. This ensures that treatments are early, accurate and based on the health and welfare of your animals.
Free device replacement Guardian
If any device Guardian device breaks by accident or runs out of battery power, we will provide replacements free of charge to ensure that monitoring continues uninterrupted.
VPD proprietary material
When contracting our service, a deposit payment will be requested for the material to be sent, which will be determined by the number of devices. Guardian requested. This deposit will be returned after 6 months of invoicing or at the end of the service, once we have received the material back.
30-day trial period
We value your satisfaction and trust in our service. Therefore, we offer you a 30-day trial period, during which you can evaluate and test our system. If for any reason you decide to cancel the service within this trial period, you will not be billed any charges.
Billing
Our billing is done on the last day of each month. You will only pay for the animals/day that have been monitored during the invoiced period, regardless of the number of devices. Guardian requested. However, in order to maintain a rational control of our stock of devices, a minimum equivalent to the monitoring during the whole period will be applied with 50% of the devices. Guardian requested.
Flexibility in the stock of devices
We understand that your farm’s needs may change over time. That is why we offer you the possibility to adjust your stock of devices according to your requirements in multiples of 25. You can order more devices Guardian if you need to extend the monitoring or return those you don’t need. You will be conveniently alerted by the system when the usage of your devices is below 50% or approaching 100%, so you can adjust your stock. All shipments and returns will be handled online and automatically from the BigGuardian control panel at no cost.
