Service contracting<\/b><\/h4>\n

The BigGuardian service is based on a subscription model.\nWhen you sign up for our service, you agree to pay a fixed amount for each animal\/day you wish to monitor, with no additional costs and no initial investment.\nThis will give you full access to the BigGuardian control panel, our online platform. <\/span><\/p>\n

Installation of the <\/b>gateway<\/i><\/b><\/h4>\n

Our team of experts will install the gateway free of charge. <\/span>gateway<\/span><\/i> on your farm. This <\/span>gateway<\/span><\/i> acts as a receiving point for data from the Guardian devices. <\/span>Guardian<\/span><\/i> devices in charge of measuring the temperature of your animals.<\/span><\/p>\n

Installation demonstration<\/b><\/h4>\n

During the installation, our staff will provide you with a hands-on demonstration of how to place a Guardian <\/span>Guardian<\/span><\/i> on an animal.\nThey will explain the details and answer your questions. <\/span><\/p>\n

Access to BigGuardian control panel<\/b><\/h4>\n

After installation, you will receive your user credentials and password to access the BigGuardian control panel.\nThrough it, you will be able to consult and analyze the information collected by the devices. <\/span>Guardian<\/span><\/i>.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Personalized monitoring<\/b><\/h4>\n

Thereafter, you will have the ability to install the following devices <\/span>Guardian<\/span><\/i> on the animals you wish to monitor.\nYou only pay for the animals being monitored each day, which gives you flexibility and control over costs. <\/span><\/p>\n

Installation through VPD<\/b><\/h4>\n

If you prefer to rely on specialized assistance for the installation of the devices <\/span>Guardian,<\/span><\/i>we offer you the option of requesting the service through VPD whenever you need it. In collaboration with our trusted veterinary partners in your area, we will schedule a visit to your farm to perform the installation accurately and safely at very competitive prices. This option gives you the peace of mind of having experts in the field to guide you through the process. <\/span><\/p>\n

Daily treatments<\/b><\/h4>\n

Every morning, you will receive a message through WhatsApp and email with specific treatment recommendations for each animal on your farm. These recommendations are generated by our system using algorithms designed by our team of veterinary experts. This ensures that treatments are early, accurate and based on the health and welfare of your animals. <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Free device replacement <\/b>Guardian<\/i><\/b><\/h4>\n

If any device <\/span>Guardian<\/span><\/i> device breaks by accident or runs out of battery power, we will provide replacements free of charge to ensure that monitoring continues uninterrupted.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

VPD proprietary material<\/b><\/h4>\n

When contracting our service, a deposit payment will be requested for the material to be sent, which will be determined by the number of devices. <\/span>Guardian<\/span><\/i> requested.\nThis deposit will be returned after 6 months of invoicing or at the end of the service, once we have received the material back. <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

30-day trial period<\/b><\/h4>\n

We value your satisfaction and trust in our service.\nTherefore, we offer you a 30-day trial period, during which you can evaluate and test our system.\nIf for any reason you decide to cancel the service within this trial period, you will not be billed any charges. <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Billing<\/b><\/h4>\n

Our billing is done on the last day of each month.\nYou will only pay for the animals\/day that have been monitored during the invoiced period, regardless of the number of devices. <\/span>Guardian<\/span><\/i> requested.\nHowever, in order to maintain a rational control of our stock of devices, a minimum equivalent to the monitoring during the whole period will be applied with 50% of the devices. <\/span>Guardian<\/span><\/i> requested.<\/span><\/p>\n

Flexibility in the stock of devices<\/b><\/h4>\n

We understand that your farm’s needs may change over time.\nThat is why we offer you the possibility to adjust your stock of devices according to your requirements in multiples of 25.\nYou can order more devices <\/span>Guardian<\/span><\/i> if you need to extend the monitoring or return those you don’t need.\nYou will be conveniently alerted by the system when the usage of your devices is below 50% or approaching 100%, so you can adjust your stock.\nAll shipments and returns will be handled online and automatically from the BigGuardian control panel at no cost. <\/span><\/p>\n
